For the pat few days I have tried to make fruits and vegetables my major intake each day. I splurged and bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables at the store and have been blending them into a smoothie rather than just juicing them. The taste is actually not terrible! I don’t know if I would call this a diet but it’s more of a lifestyle change. I still want to eat food that aren’t quite healthy (like the yummy chocolate cake in my fridge mmmm) but I want to just lower the amount of bad food I take into my body. Also I am steering away from fast food and soda. Someday I’ll get up enough energy to actually work out too… I think healthy eating and working out go hand in hand.
